Two reference sheets for 5e, built for the 2024 rules (5.5e). One is for your players and one is for the DM. Each sheet is three pages. Pages 1 and 2 hold the rules you use every session. Page 3 holds the extra rules you need less often, like leveling up, magic items and travel.
The text is large and the layout is black and white. You can read a rule from across the table, and it prints cleanly on any home printer.

Player sheet
Page 1: your turn step by step, all 12 actions, making an attack, cover, opportunity attacks, unarmed strikes (grapple and shove), two-weapon fighting, and all 8 weapon masteries.
Page 2: all 15 conditions, dropping to 0 HP and death saves, damage and temporary HP, short and long rests, spellcasting and concentration, and Heroic Inspiration.
Page 3: XP and Proficiency Bonus for levels 1 to 20, skills by ability, multiclassing, rituals and spell components, attunement and healing potions, mounted and underwater combat, carrying capacity, and light sources.
GM sheet
Page 1: setting a DC, influencing NPCs, which skill knows what, conditions at a glance, running combat, hiding and light, movement and jumping, and creature size.
Page 2: the encounter XP budget for levels 1 to 20, XP by challenge rating, travel pace, hazards (falling, burning, cold, heat), and object AC and hit points.
Page 3: travel DCs by terrain, long journeys, deep water and thin ice, fear and mental stress, magic item prices and crafting, poison, and the cost of living.
Why these sheets
Every rule was checked line by line against the official 2024 System Reference Document. Nothing is carried over from the 2014 rules. The wording is short and plain, so a new player can read it without the rulebook open.
Printing tips
- Print at 100% or "Actual Size", not "Fit to Page".
- Print it your way: pages 1 and 2 double-sided on one sheet (flip on the long edge) with page 3 on its own, or every page single-sided.
- Cardstock (65–110 lb) and a laminating pouch make a sheet that lasts for years. A dry-erase marker will write on the laminate.
