Buying with a purchase order

Do you take purchase orders?
Yes. Tell us you are paying by purchase order, either in your application or in a reply to your approval email. We send an invoice with a payment link, and approved organisations get net-30 terms.
Are tax-exempt orders welcome?
Yes. Tick the tax-exempt box when you apply, then reply to our confirmation email with your certificate. You can also reply to your approval email later. We remove sales tax from your orders.
Can you send a W-9?
Yes. Reply to your approval email and we send it.
Which products can we buy at the education price?
Journals, dice, trays, notepads and stickers are 50% off. Printables and Notion templates are 50% off and come with a group print license. The Club Starter Kit has its own education price. Monthly boxes (Dice Arcana and Dragon’s Hoard) stay at regular price.
How long does approval take?
We check every application by hand and reply within two business days. Once you are approved, you get your own discount code, good for 12 months.
